It varies from market to market and also depends on the specific role(s) you are hiring for. A contract agreement will be sent out outlining the scope of our services and fees. Upon hiring the candidate HotelZone will invoice a percentage of first year’s salary. The percentage fee can vary but is typically within the 20% to 30% range**. A smaller upfront deposit is required by all clients to begin the search.
